Founded in 2001 to sell newly-renovated condominium units, Celebrity Properties thrived with growth every year since inception.  The founder, Scott Schultz, promoted many successful real estate projects while providing specialized consulting services to developers, portfolio managers, bank analysts, not-for-profit and government agencies. 

Mr. Schultz challenge the firm's growth by adding three sales agents to the roster in 2003.  By mid-2006,
Mr. Schultz recognized economic and financial conditions that presented common real estate and financial market trends that closely resembled symptoms before the Great Depression.  His diligent reporting enabled him to provide priceless advisory services to the firm's growing client base:

By anticipating market fluctuations and cautioning the firm's clients, Mr. Schultz saved many clients from the financial disaster that plagued many Americans since 2007. 

In 2006, many of Celebrity Properties' clients recognized their capital gains by selling their investment interest in premium-priced real estate
before the subprime crisis hit, followed by the mortgage foreclosure boom and 10%+ national unemployment rate.

In 2007, our firm moved to our Park Ridge, Illinois offices, and expanded our Lease Services with four highly-experienced leasing agents.  We began building our proprietary Rental Property Database and introduced our Leasing Agent Training Program.  As transaction flows began evolving, our firm added greater landlord service offerings and created an internal Residential Short Sale training program for educating our licensees.

In 2008, Celebrity Properties expanded operations into Arizona and Georgia by introducing the virtual brokerage office business model into those markets. The firm added more leasing agents and our managing broker published his first book, an comprehensive training manual for leasing agents.

In 2009, we launched our new Consulting Services Group with an outstanding line-up of expanded offerings.  We added additional website functionality and extended our reach with licensed agents located throughout Chicagoland.  Our managing broker completed the rough draft of his second book "Chicago 2010: Family Secrets" a true story with timeline and third-party exhibits that is currently being reviewed by our legal team prior to publishing.

In 2010, our firm will introduce The Celebrity Star, an online, color quarterly publication that examines national and local real estate and investment trends while reporting on real estate related issues, articulating economic predictions and recommending simple strategies for improving returns.  The Celebrity Star includes property listings, mortgage charts, summaries of notable research reports, links, detailed service offerings list, and free advertising space for qualified vendors.  Our first circulation is planned for February 2010 and will be distributed to an estimated 500,000 recipients.
